Cookie Policy

This page explains what the XSPECIALIZT website stores on your device. In short: we use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only things we keep are what the site needs to work — keeping you signed in, remembering your bag and the pieces you've saved.

1. What We Store

We don't set cookies of our own. Instead, the site uses your browser's local storage, which stays on your device and is not sent to anyone with each page request. It holds:

• Sign-in (accessToken, refreshToken, user): keeps you signed in to your account between visits. Cleared when you sign out;
• Your bag (cart, cartCoupon): the items in your bag and any discount code you've applied, so they're still there when you come back. Cleared once an order is placed;
• Recently viewed (recentlyViewed): the last few products you looked at, shown back to you while you browse. It never leaves your device;
• Saved items (savedItems): the products you've bookmarked. When you're signed in, the list is also kept with your account, and this copy just lets it show straight away;
• Notifications (notificationsSeenAt): when you last opened your order updates, so new ones can be marked as unread. Signed-in customers only.

2. Why There's No Cookie Banner

Everything listed above is strictly necessary for a feature you use directly — signing in, shopping, or finding a product again. Nothing is stored for analytics, advertising, profiling or tracking across other sites, so there is nothing optional to accept or decline, and no cookie banner or preference settings are needed.

3. Payments

When you pay by card or e-wallet, the payment window is provided by our payment partner, Midtrans, and loads from their servers. Anything it stores on your device is governed by Midtrans's own policies, not this one.

4. Controlling Storage

You can clear this site's data at any time from your browser settings. Doing so will sign you out, empty your bag and clear your recently viewed list (and a guest's saved items). Anything held with your account, such as your orders, is not affected.

5. Your Personal Data

We handle personal data in line with Indonesia's personal data protection law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi). For how we collect, use and protect your information, see our Privacy Policy.
