These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the XSPECIALIZT website, mobile experience, and any purchase you make through them (collectively, the "Service"), operated by PT XSpecializt Retail Indonesia ("XSPECIALIZT", "we", "us", "our"). By browsing the Service, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About Us

XSPECIALIZT is an online fashion retailer based in Indonesia, offering curated apparel and accessories for sale directly to consumers. Business registration and contact details are available on our Contact page.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or transacting under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. When you create an account you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Products & Pricing

• All prices displayed on the Service are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout based on the delivery destination and courier selected.
• We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, materials, and details accurately; minor variations between photographs and the physical product may occur.
• Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse an order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund for any amount already charged.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed and paid for through our checkout, which is processed by our licensed payment partner, Midtrans (PT Midtrans), supporting credit/debit cards, bank transfer, e-wallets, and QRIS. We do not store your full card details on our servers — payment data is handled directly by Midtrans in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. An order is considered confirmed only once payment has been successfully verified. You will receive an order confirmation by email and/or WhatsApp.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are delivered by our third-party courier partners across Indonesia. Estimated delivery times, rates, and coverage are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title to items pass to you upon delivery to the courier's tracked shipment.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange, or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Affiliate Program

Users who join our affiliate program agree to promote XSPECIALIZT honestly and in compliance with applicable advertising laws. Commission structures, payout terms, and conduct rules are described within the affiliate dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including logos, product photography, text, and design — is owned by or licensed to XSPECIALIZT and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or non-public areas of the Service;
• Submit fraudulent orders or payment information, or engage in chargeback abuse;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XSPECIALIZT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Indonesia.
