Shipping Information

1. Coverage

We currently ship to all provinces across Indonesia via our integrated courier partners. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Couriers

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and your chosen courier and service level (regular, express, or same-day where available). The exact rate and estimated delivery time are shown before you confirm payment.

4. Delivery Estimates

• Jabodetabek: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch;
• Other Java cities: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch;
• Outside Java: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed; delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or local courier capacity.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email and/or WhatsApp. You can also view live shipping status from your Order History.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer service team via our Contact page with your order number so we can investigate with the courier and, where appropriate, arrange a reshipment or refund.
